The production line include 2 double edging machines with  transfer table for grinding and polishing 4 sides of glass at one time.

The double edging machine both is arranged with 11 wheels on each side: the first 3 for rough/fine grinding the flat edge, followed by 4 for 45 degree chamfering / polishing lower/upper arris, with last 4 for polishing the flat edges.

The machine is controlled by PLC and Touch screen and conveyed by frequency changing motor with inverter.
